I have to admit, it took me a shamefully long time to figure out Yukimura's outfit. The necklace finally gave it away. /o\ Sanada being RED should have given it away. OTL

I have never actually played Pokemon, I have only seen some of the anime, but the art still made me lol XD Too bad I don't really understand the references, you probably meant something by giving those exact pokemon to those particular people XD

xD The characters/Pokemon matchups were actually requested for, but mostly it's the Pokemon types matched up with the character. How Atobe's Pokemon is the Ice type evolution, because he's the Ice Emperor. Sanada's is the Dark type and his Pokemon and Yukimura's Pokemon are evolved the same way (happiness + night and day respectively). Minami and Sengoku I imagine because of their hair. Tezuka gets the Grass type because he's a mountain climbing fishing nature freak. Oishi for the Water type because personality wise they're both calm. And Echizen gets Eevee because its the Pokemon that can evolve into all these different types, and he's supposed to be the character with unlimited potential and whatnot \o/
