Okay. So, I was planning on drawing Hiyoshi with the tentative Pokemon team I thought might suit him, when I ran into this problem. See, whenever I envision Pokemon (in this example it's Charizard, my favorite Pokemon, and Gengar, my roommate's favorite), the relative sizes turn out like so:

I guess I could slap some color on it without refining the lines like I would usually do-- because when I refine lines and color them in my pictures aren't ever half as good xD;;;; Compare it to the second image, which is more "complete," but with the drawback of being stiff in comparison D:

I guess I'm so used to seeing the size difference from the Pokemon Special manga, except the characters are semi-chibified in that :x I could have sworn they were larger in the anime.

You know, as long as you label it, "AU due to adjusting sizes" go for it :-) You know, or maybe Hiyoshi just got an unusually large Charizard and a miniature Gengar! That's Average Height, right? They aren't all identical, are they? :-)

Yeah average adult heights~ Some of the heights make sense if they're measured head to tail instead of head to feet, but either way, Charizard is pathetically small and Gengar absurdly large for me xDDDD

Which means, if my adjusted heights are canonly possible, there's even smaller Charizards and even larger Gengars to make up for it (/A\)

Hahaha, I'd carry around a little Charizard too if I had one. But then I'd like it to grow up big and strong and ten feet tall :P

I have no idea why, but I am getting such a kick out of Gengar's expression in the first picture. It's just so HILARIOUS and I love it.

Yeah... I like Charizard as that large badass fire-breathing dragon lol. I guess I never thought about their actual sizes either. Huh.
