Feb Club Recommendations: My favorite warm drink

Cuz it's a cold and snowy day - I want warm beverage recs - as specific as possible, please, not just "hot chocolate."

Also, this is in honor of the awesome Chocolate Chai Rooibos Tea that retsuko sent me in a care package to cheer me up. :)

So my rec is between that and City Bakery hot chocolate in NYC.

Do you think salted butter would work? I have switched away from unsalted generic butter for fear of "butter flavor," though for important things I use Plugra.

Penzeys hot cocoa mix. It has a touch of cinnamon in it, which I love. I've been making mine with 1/2 lactaid and 1/2 water lately, and the Penzeys mix is so good you can't tell.

the best (commercially-available) hot chocolate EVER is Dagobah's Xocolatl.
lots of chili & cinnamon bring the heat up on this, and the chocolate half of the taste (if mixed richly, as they advise) is *fantastic*.
