Canon mates
Akasuna no Sasori: A fellow comrade and artist. By no means would Konan consider him a friend, but he is an ally, and someone whose presence she does not mind.
Deidara: Newly arrived, Deidara is yet another fellow comrade. Not a friend yet per se, but again another artist if...one of extreme beliefs that are different from hers. Konan respects Deidara as an ally, and does not mind his presence.
Hyuuga Hinata: A young girl from Konoha, recently arrived. Konan does not yet know what to make of her, but dislikes her flippant mouth when addressing Pein.
Uchiha Itachi: An honest friend who has helped Konan and been helped more times than can count. While before they were simply comrades within the same organization, time has drawn Konan to count on Itachi as a true friend and someone she has placed a great deal of trust in.
Uchiha Sasuke: Similar to Itachi, Konan has grown to respect him over time (Even if she finds him childish and selfish often). While she might not outwardly call him a friend as she does Itachi, Konan respects and trusts Sasuke enough to think it, all the same.
Tobi: Konan knows Madara for what he is, but out of respect or apathy chooses not to speak of him assuming the guise of "Tobi" once more. She prefers the company of others to him, more often than not.
Loved Ones
Friends
Link: One of Konan's three heroes (the other two bring Prince and Roxas). Link rescued her from certain danger and she is grateful to him for it. While she does not know him very well, she is interested in learning more about him.
Prince: Perhaps one of the first people Konan grew to trust in World's End. An ally who has (along with Roxas) saved her life twice, and someone she trusts who tends to have interesting points of view that differ from her own. She is fond of him in her own way, as a close friend.
Roxas: Young, but someone Konan has partially entrusted her life to on two occasions now when afflicted with mermaid-ness. Roxas is steadly becoming precious to Konan, a true friend and someone honestly with trusting. She would do near anything for him.
Zelda: Another strong woman, someone who knows her duty to her people and does not waiver. Konan does not know her well, but respects her, first as an extension of her respect of Prince, and then as a person in her own right. Would definitely enjoy talking to her more.

Envy: Konan is not sure what to make of Envy. He comes off as a sadistic, if often bored teenager looking for new challenges and violence where he can find it, and seems frustrated by her apathy towards him. There is a malice under the surface of his behavior though, that she does not trust, and often she finds herself likening the sin to a snake. He needs to stop spying on her in the bathhouse.
Albert Wesker: An enigma. Konan does not trust Wesker-san, realizes full well how dangerous he can be, but at the same time, she respects Wesker a great deal. He has never gone out of his way to harm her, and has instead seemed to exhibit some degree of concern for her safety, and brought her a shirt to preserve her modesty when trapped in the fountain as a mermaid.
