[Konan is looking a bit disturbed at how...calm and quiet the cafe has been lately. No fights, no arguments...nothing. Therefore, she's a bit suspicious. Especially after the most recent events involving her and a few of the employees...

[look up at Tobi in amusement] I don't even think alien technology is good enough to put these guys under mind spells, Tobi-kun...

Ooooh, you're probably right. Everyone here is too smart to fall for that. [Hangs upside down in a chair and smiles at her.]

So did someone finally snap and kill everyone? I bet it was Hidan-san!

[lips twitch as she attempts to not laugh at Tobi's antics] ...smart. Right. [wonders if she managed to walk into a Starbucks on accident this morning where "smart" people worked]

[looks around] Well I don't see bloodshed yet so I suppose Hidan hasn't gone mental yet.

[ponders on poking at the register to see if Kakuzu pops up; eyes it thoughtfully]

[if you poke at Sasori, he won't be impressed and he quite likes the quietness, it means Deidara has finally shut his mouth]

[notices Konan looking a bit disturbed however and stares at her]

[looks over to find Sasori staring at her with those creepy lifeless eyes of his]

Creepy little people staring at me, perhaps? [smirk]

[Kakuzu personally likes the silence; it gives him the ability to calculate without having to mentally battle the background noises. Stalking out of the back room, he ruffles his own hair and returns to his counter, having engaged in an early smoke-and-coffee break.]

.....[Before he unlocks the register, he spares the waitress a glance, looking away after letting his gaze linger for a couple of moments.]

[is sitting on top of the table next to where Tobi is hanging upside down in a chair blowing pink bubblegum bubbles and staring off into space, every now and then glowering at Sasori when he enters]

...[catches his gaze and raises eyebrows with a small smirk]

[Ack. The dreaded mutual stare. He snaps his gaze away, a light scowl twisting his mouth even as he absently sips at the now stone-cold cup of coffee left by his register. There's a light hint of color in his cheeks that rises before dissipating altogether as he abruptly stops his drinking.]

....[Eyes look down through his chopped bangs in disdain at the cold drink, and with one brief motion he empties the cup in the trash, scowl deepening in the process. The cup goes back on the counter as he returns his attention back to his register, but not before rolling up his sleeves to his elbows.]

[Resists the urge to chuckle and hops off the table, picking up the still warm coffee pot from behind her (before Tobi knocks it over) and heads over towards him.]

...[Wonders why he's still awkward around her but finds it cute and amusing as she pours him a fresh cup of coffee, teeth flashing in a small smile before she heads back over to the table.]
