you're family sounds like mine! Well, Mama's family. Papa's is...different. But the Wellingtons are awesome! We only get to have reunions every third summer :(, but they are soooo much fun! We spend the days jumping into, climbing out of, or lying around the pool, mostly. And in the evening we play cards and games(LOTS of cards, it's a big family tradition), have talant shows(hehe, three of my cousins and me do a dance EVERY time), do skits, and all sorts of stuff. Lol, last year we even had a luao(no clue on spelling), and we all dressed up in hawaiian-looking clothes and then two of my cousings learned the hula from a tape and taught all of us...now that was funny. anyway, enough sentimental rambling! :)

Sentimental rambling is fine with me - I like reading long comments. :) My dad's side family members are card freaks too! During the Vietnamese/Chinese New Year, we all dish out quarters and gamble w/ our card games. lol. During the rest of the year, only the old guys play for $$... fun times.

hehe, gambling is fun! We like gambling with pennies, and we can always switch to bottle caps when we run out of cash...
