It's Thursday, It Must Be Supernatural

Apr 02, 2009 09:50

*sigh*

I love Thursdays.  I truly do.  In some ways even more than Friday or Saturday.

It's crazy ... I know.

Yet, it's true.

The week can be exhausting ...

The days can be gray and gloomy ...

The girlies can have me running in 16 different directions (usually 4 at a time) ...

My computer may crash ...

My ceiling may leak ...

The moron I work with can ( Read more... )

anticipation, supernatural

Hey, Keeper! I really wanted to use my latest icon creation, but it's (sort of) spoilery, so alas, it will have to wait until tomorrow.

I won't be able to watch our boys live tonight either, but that's because I'll be at the Joe, seeing my Wings in action. GO WINGS!!!!

This looks like a great episode, but I cannot believe we have to endure another hellatus!!! *pouts*

How about I try to post a little something tomorrow and you can use your new icon then? :-)

So ... you got my chapter pun????

Oh yeah, I got it!!

I'm actually already using it for my profile pic at plurk, but I figeured I'd better wait to use it here. *grin*

Off-topic: how's the moron today? Unemployed yet?!

*sigh* Sadly, no. Moron is still here. Actually we had no word from our home office - not sure if this bodes good or bad. Since the PC way is for it all to go through my manager (though it seems I get to be the one to do the dirty work) and she left early this afternoon for a dentist appointment, something could have come through that I don't know about yet.

We'll see.

One friend suggested that even if he is allowed to stay, he must be forced to return the item ... in person ... to the Loss Prevention department. I kinda liked that idea.

I've already revoked his shopping priviledges. It will be a shock if he goes to the store without saying anything to me. Would like to see that camera shot as well. :-)

I'll be sure to keep ya'll advised.

If you can be bad and post from work, Keeper, then I figure I can too (especially since this day/week is kicking my ass so hard that I'm not even getting lunch today; a couple of moments on the interwebz is the least I can do for myself! I probably won't even manage tonight to finish responding to comments on my blog about last week's episode before this one is upon me.)

It will be with great difficulty that I manage to wait for tonight. I am seriously looking forward to this episode. And I'll note that, while Julie Siege is relatively new to the show as a writer, she was around as a story editor for a good year before she started writing, so she's been well immersed in the world of our boys; one reason, I think, that her first stories out of the box have worked so wonderfully!

Hugs to your girlies, and I wish you a timely retreat to home and the boys!

And now, back to work ...

My dearest Mary, I am honored. I'm dipping into some time this afternoon since I get to work late and head directly to the school from here.

I'm sorry for your day being "one of those". Atleast you have the rainbow of a new eppy to go home to.

Don't worry about your timing, my friend - either in posting your blogs or your comments. They are always worth the wait. I finally was able to read your On the Head of a Pin and ... well ... I'm gonna comment!!! So your timing issues are well understoood.

You're right ... Julie is a good addition and as I stated - I'm looking forward to tonight.

Thanks from my girlies. We'll chat more later! Be safe going home when you are so tired!

Well, we all know how Kripke likes his emotional twits to be at the end.

I hope you're able to get home swiftly, dear Keeper!

You've been suspiciously attracted to my BDW lately, WaterGirl. What's up with this? Should I be worried??? :-D

I think it has to do with seeing Watchmen...and the new pictures that came out recently...but don't worry, he's still all yours. I've just come to appreciate him a bit more... *grins*

Thanks, dearie, I'm very proud. They have new outfits, they know it's for NJHS, but they don't know they're actually being inducted. Pretty cool. Still ... you should see the note on my desk calendar ... School - NJHS - BE THERE! - 7p. - DON'T BE LATE! - DON'T BRING CAMERA!

Yeah. Cause I'm gonna listen to that last one!

Like the icon. I have a whole paragraph in my Terrible Life blog devoted to the red suspenders ... and the blue suspenders with yellow dots ... I LOVE suspenders. I don't care if Jensen doesn't ... he looks VERY nice in them. *grins*

I hope it went well! Let us know. :-D

I can't *wait* to read your thoughts on the suspenders. I've never paid much attention to them before, but Jensen wore them so well... *mmm*

I love your nostalgia post here. Everyone knows not to count on me on Thursday nights when Show is new. I can't handle it.

B!!!! *smishes* Thanks. Yeah ... my 3 girlies are the ONLY reasons I contemplate missing and even they know there are limits. NJHS ... that's a valid reason. Softball game when they have 20 more in the season I can get to? Not even close to a valid reason.

Love the icon. Guess I'd better follow Dean's lead and finish up!
