I think it might of been a dream triggered by a fever, because I'm pretty crook today. I have pretty insane dreams and hallucinations when I'm sick or on strong pain killers.
My dreams (or nightmares) are almost never as clear as that, and never so scary, and yet even then a dream can leave me feeling extremely discomfited (or worried, uneasy, puzzled) for an entire day or longer. I don't know what it would've been like to wake up from your dream.
I woke up drenched in sweat. My chest and my stomach were aching and I felt shocked. It was only when I started describing the dream to Tom that I started getting really upset about it. He got upset too! Lol.
I'm not sure if it's linked but I feel really sick today and stayed home from work. I think I may have had the dream as a result of a fever.

During a period of high stress a few years ago, I had a dream that was similar to that - except I was the knife murderer. That was pretty fucked.

It has certainly left me in an odd mood.
