Ok so dad didnt say anything about american idol. He did however call today and say "Go ahead and make an appointment to get your hair done, and dont worry about the weeding of the front yard" I of course was pleased as could be, but right away said "No, Im still doing the weeding, I dont want anything for free" which made me feel instantly proud
