Well, animals in our world evolve after long periods of time - millions of years would probably only make a small change, though. I suppose evolution here is much more rapid. Or maybe it's something more like metamorphosis. Caterpillars turn to cocoons, which then turn into butterflies.. hmm.. [don't mind her theories here.]
