Due to my 3 Cigarettes yesterday (and my subsequent self-loathing and flogging) I have reset my No Smoking begining for today. I picked up some gum and munchies at Target (yes Honey, on the card) and set forth to not screw this one up. I am told that the physical addiction ceases after approximately 72 hrs. I overslept and missed 2 calls from Scarlett asking when I will be bringing the cordials to them. By the time I realized this, I was on my way to work. I said I would wake up early to deliver them and I blew it.
