I got a little silly with my job search last night and decided to look up Square Enix. Check it out; they need a translator in their LA office:

Job Summary
Primary responsibility is translating bugs and reference documents. This includes translating the open bugs from English to Japanese as well as the testing and evaluating of games. This position will be onsite at our El Segundo, CA location.
Qualifications
* Must be bilingual - Japanese/English. Must have strong, professional skills at both Japanese to English and English to Japanese translation
* Knowledge of Japanese/American pop culture
* Ability to manipulate database effectively, and be able to educate the Analysts (as the database may undergo changes to suit specific projects)
* Computer literate, specifically MS Word, Excel, and Access
* Ability to multi-task
* Good problem solving skills
* Good teamwork
* Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Must have passion for games!
And, of course, I considered the job for like a half second. Just. Because. Then I went back to applying to retail stores for seasonal work.
