lol Good for you, Orion! XD I think it's good to keep practicing with your cooking. Just out of curiosity, what's with the plastic fork and knife? Do you need some utensils? Or just don't want to do dishes? ^_~
Thanks! The plastic fork and knife are pretty much just because I'm lazy. I own six forks, knives, and spoons, and I go through forks much more quickly than knives or spoons. I got tired of washing only forks, so I looked for plastic ones, and I discovered I could get a ton of plastic silverware for a dollar. So, yeah, I just don't want to do dishes. XD
Remember what I said about pancakes freezing well! ;D Anything you don't eat, pop in a baggy and stick in the fridge or freezer (depending on how long away "next time" is) for the next time!
Grats on making real pancakes! Also, you may be more picky than I am, but with pancakes, they can *look* a lot worse burned than they really are. Especially if there's butter in the recipe - the butter melts and it burns/darkens on the outside a bit, but you won't taste burnage for quite some time.
Thanks! I am a fairly picky eater, but I tried one bite of each pancake. The ones last time tasted bad; the ones this time all tasted pretty good, but pancakes 2 through 4 tasted best. I got full after that. XD
