I know you're angry, we all are, but the judges hands are absolute tied. She MUST watch the tape or she will go to jail, and there is nothing anybody can do about it without changing the legal code and thereby making our legal system elss effective. The rapist is an asshole that deserves a severe punishment but we cannot make an exemption and say that he is not guaranteed the right to confront a witness. It's a shame, but she is going to have to suck it up and view it or violate our legal code.
