The funny thing about dandelions is that you can eat them and you wouldn't even know it from looking at them. They're weeds and they're fuzzy and the leaves are spiky-looking. But when they get really big the leaves are green and tasty and almost like spinach. My dad used to make them for us, God only knows where he got them from. He pronounced it
