Glad you've had a chance to relax and gain a new perspective. I had to work on a change of perspective this past week also. There is always something that comes up now and again that grates against us and just unloading your feelings on a friend or two helps to get it out of your system (after a while) so that you can look on it from a different angle.

You are right - you can only control your response to a given situation. If you choose not to let it get to you, you can sometimes step aside and look at the situation more objectively - that's why "time-outs" can be so helpful.

I can't imagine having to handle 30 women - especially when you are under 30 yourself. Try placing them in your shoes for a day (maybe shadow you) - then maybe they will have more respect for you and the choices you make in handling the situations you have to face.

And don't ever feel funny about asking for advice from your bosses. Love you so -
