 I was at our favorite sushi place today with Erick and his mother, who just got here today from North Dakota. A couple was sitting near us, and when they got up to leave, the woman put something in front of me and kept walking by. It was an envelope addressed "To a Beautiful Person."

 Something has changed.

Or rather, many things have changed. A few months back, I wrote about a book that I read about happiness. That helped me to learn a little about what does and doesn't make me happy. I began paying attention to the habits of happy people. I made lists of activities and behaviors that didn't really help.

 I can see why chronically sick people would be really, really messed up. The last few weeks were enough to drive me nuts. The first couple days were like meh . . . don't feel good but hey! sleep all i want and eat a lot of pudding!
