DarthGM's Interview

1. Who in your past are you no longer in contact with that you really wish you were?

Gosh... this is a hard question. There are so many friends that have dropped off the face of the earth for me. Some that I just don't think about any more. There are some folks who have dropped that should stay dropped. I guess I'd like to see my cousin Devon. He is only three days younger than me. My aunt and my mom were racing to see who would pop first. We had alot of fun together when we were kids. Then he got mixed up in the wrong crowd, diagnosed with Dyslexia and didn't get the tutoring he really needed to get by. Last I heard, he was married to a sugar momma. I would like to be in contact with him. but I'm not sure it would be a good thing.

Another person I really miss is an old colllege friend. We were really really good friends. Then decided to date each other which was a big mistake. Cause when we broke up, he couldn't bear to be around me. I miss his friendship.

2. You find you have to give up one of your hobbies. What three hobbies you have make the top cut of "No Way In Hell Am I Giving This Up".

World of Warcraft, Beading and while I don't do it very often, skiing.

3. You need a new car. Money is no object. What do you get?

Hm... Its a toss up between the Delorean or KITT. Probably KITT, having an intelligent car that talks to you and drives itself is sweet!

In seriousness, probably a hybrid Ford Focus. Something efficent, cost effective and pretty.

4. What's your oldest posession? and I think I'm making this "my question"...

There is a picture in my parent's house of my Gammy holding me as an infant. I'm wearing this red, white and blue bonnett that someone made, probably my Gammy. I have that bonnett in my closet for the day that I have a child and can put it on his/her head.

5. What's the hardest lesson life has taught you, that you are thankful for learning?

The only person I can 100% rely upon is myself. This does not mean I can't rely on others, or that people are pure evil. But they have their own agendas. They tend to look out for themselves, and if what they need or want lines up with what I need or want, they are in my back corner. In the end, it comes down to their own requirements.

I really hope that doesn't sound to cynical or bitter. Its doesn't feel like it. For example, when moving, I ask for help. I may or may not get it. But in the end it is up to me to make sure I get my stuff from one place to another. Does that make sense?
