Sore spot

My mom was saying how she had a great sales figure today. In fact, she has been selling many pots for a couple of days now. I shouldn't have asked how much money those numbers of pots translate into, but I did. Turns out that she has been earning about $200 every day for a couple of days already

Yeah... well, she doesn't seem to think so. I can't talk to her about it. She will make my life difficult... :(

The latest approach I'm taking to everything is being vocal about things. If I were you, I'll tell her and then walk away, not giving her the chance to retort but to make her think for once.

I can't be vocal with her because her ego is so swelled up that she usually will bite my head off without really thinking if she is justified to do it. So far, I haven't been able to tell her anything that I'm unhappy with her without getting bombed back and then having a miserable time all over again.

I guess I will just have to get over it eventually.

I completely understand why you feel that way.

I would have felt used if someone who is capable of getting that type of money themselves, and is doing it but asks to borrow money from me.
