Oh, that's because(and I know I didn't write this, so it's my fault for making it confusing XD)Aoi is older, he's actually a man, and Uruha is a teenager. In ancient Greece, boys were often taken as lovers by men, and they were taught by these men. TI think it's called "pederasty" or something like that.
Good question, I'm glad you asked it. That boy would probably grow up to take a lover, too. The relations were supposed to end upon marriage, but some were continued, either in public or private. I should have explained this before. I will put it into the next chapter then ^^
