Third weekend of June. Yes, merchants can attend. I have no idea whether you have already put this on your calendar, though.

I think there are various recipes. The one that I've seen LLT make before is basically a version of deviled eggs with herbs in the filling mixture. But it could be as simple as scrambled eggs with herbs. I'll try to get LLT to give me the recipe.
