I know.

She always hugged me, asked about my kids, made me feel at ease, and you are one that knows how shy I can be, and she always made me feel welcome and wanted.

She had such a great laugh.

She loved her children and grandchildren so much. Last June,I sat in the hospital room while her family was there and I thought to myself, what a rich woman, so much love.

Kathleen always reminded me of my grandmother who was LA for I think four or five generations back.

What a loving tribute, Travis. While I didn't know her as well or as long as you have, I too feel privledged for the time Xie's mom and I spent together. When I would house/dog sit, I always enjoyed taking the morning paper downstairs and sitting and gabbing with her over morning coffee. We had some wonderful conversations, a few lovely dinners and many laughs. What I saw was a compassionate, intelligent, dignified lady. I hope she is romping around with Rebel right now.

The best tribute to a life is to see the love that lights its way. That was truly beautiful, Travis.
