i am sure that you won't have any problems, but i do have a friend who has been attempting to get his wife to the united states for 2 1/2 years. the whole process will take them about 3 years, a whole bunch of money, and lots of lawyers. also, don't have a child while waiting, it will just make the process that much longer...the fiance visa is really the way to go-- too late now...
