Today, I was forced to go and pay the council tax for this month (first time since I moved here, I`ve been unable to afford it up to now (I still can`t afford it, but I haven`t sorted out the benefits form yet)) which is £117 for a band B house and so I was forced to travel into the next town to pay, as the council offices in Middlewich are only

The money is already spent, unfortunately but it help to rant at those responsible
