Summary: Kaylee and Inara keep count.

The first time, they were drunk.

Kaylee had stolen some of Jayne’s moonshine and showed up at Inara’s shuttle, grinning mischievously.

The stuff was potent and they cringed as the foul smelling liquid burnt their throats. Soon they were falling over each other on the floor, laughing

That was so endearing. Inara's control slowly sliding away with each time. And Kaylee just being her normal loveable Kaylee self, enabling Inara do just let go finally. I could totally visualize the hammock scene in the engine room. So achingly tender and sweet. So you know what that means? Ya gotta write more I/K fic :P
