Ha ha ha-- It's weird how little that stuff has changed; I remember some guy singing a song about the most alternative band ever (they didn't even meet or talk to each other) but I couldn't find it on the Dr. Demento site. And of course there's Consolidated's "College Radio"...

that comedy show is usually on very late here at the moment. Pretty much the only witty comedy show on commercial tv.

The end bit is very much a blend of NZ and Australian straightjacket humor.
