MAIN CHARACTERS;
Amaterasu Omikami - Okami Amaterasu
Issun - Issun
Amaterasu is the main character in Okami. You control her and use brush techniques and Dojo moves and stuff. DID YOU KNOW SHE BARKS TOO?! :o Issun nicknames her "Ammy" (Amako in the Japanese version) because Amaterasu is too long. She's the sun goddess and the reborn Shiranui, who died fighting Orochi. Yeah...no spoilers for Amako, huh? Guess not.
Issun is the little Poncle who tags along in Ammy's journey to save Nippon. Actully, he tagged along because he wanted to steal all the techniques from our best wolfie pal, Amaterasu. He's really brash, sometimes cynical, and has a weakness for girls. He hates Ushiwaka. Uh...spoilers...yeah. Guess so.
