Already having "issues" with AT&T? See, that's the reason I'm not so keen on buying an iPhone. I had Cingular (which, to my understanding is the new At&T) and their customer service was horrible, which made me switch to a different service. I hope you have better luck with them :) Overall, I do think the iPhone is an innovative product of modern technology.
