Hermione crept down the stairs, not wanting to wake anyone up. She was startled to see Ron, sitting in a chair by the fire, staring into the flames.
"Why are you still awake?" she said quietly, approaching him. He looked at her in bewilderment.
"Are you kidding? You expect me to sleep after all that?" Hermione smiled and sat down next to him.
"Yeah, I guess you're right." Ron looked at her with amazement.
"You were wicked awesome, by the way."
"What?"
"Yeah, figuring out the potions. I heard about it." Hermione blushed slightly.
"Yeah, but I could never have made it past the chess as well as you did. I would've...anyway..." Ron's ears went pink.
"It wasn't that hard. You're wicked smart, I'm just lucky." Hermione laughed.
"Nah...you're Ron."

Well, I finally update! Aren't you proud of me? I'll try to update more, but we'll see what happens.
