It definitely does not feel like Thanksgiving to me nor do I really miss it. I will admitt though that is a little wierd to be going to class on a day I would normally have off. The cafeteria at the school is making us a "Thanksgiving Dinner" but i don't think i am going to go because a) I am really tired of eating their food, and b) It just won't ( Read more... )

hey - I still haven't met you, and should do before you leave! So, fancy seeing Love Actually next week? :o)

Sure! When and where?
Next week I will be free from 4:30pm on. From the looks of your posts, we are not in the same area of London. I'm staying in Kensington, not far from Kensington High Street. It doesn't really matter to me though where we meet. Whatever is easiest for you.

Actually, is it okay if we instead met for coffee or something? I feel really bad ditching my friend because she did say that she wanted to watch it before we left and it would be really rude of me to see it without her.

she's welcome to come along if she needs a break!

otherwise yeah, coffee is fine. I finish work round about 5ish, near King's Cross. So either central or north London is best for me. Would Tuesday be okay?

hiya.
live journal is just shy of 1 1/2 million members.
two people have cathlamet listed as an interest. you and me.
i'm just curious why you have it listed.

I think the more important question is, why do you have Cathlamet listed as your interest?
Assuming we are talking about the same Cathlamet (I do believe there is only one), it is listed as one of my interests because I grew up there.

there could be more than one cathlamet. tho i drive a truck and i'm not aware of any other cathlamet in THIS country. can't speak for the rest of the world. i list it because i half grew up there. moved to
longview from cathlamet when i was 10. and i kinda miss it. nostalgia, childhood memories. meh.

No, we are talking about the same Cathalmet.
Sorry for sounding a bit standoffish but I was really thrown by someone else nowing about Cathlamet because most people, even those from Longview, don't have a clue where it is.
When did you live in Cathlamet?
I lived there most of my life (age 1-18). Now I go to school in Seattle and hope to move to London later on.
