Did you get the Goretex, if you don't mind me asking? My dad had a fairly major hernia that needed some artificial binding material to repair (to put it genteely), and we've been joking about using him as a tent for years as a consequence.

Boo for it not being keyhole in the end but glad that it all went well, and hope that healing is straightforward.
