he got lucky and caught him right above the eye with the edge of his glove very early into the fight, causing a cut that the doctor ruled dangerous, as the blood would seep into emelianenko's eye.
most people still consider fedor emelianenko undefeated, especially since he manhandled tk in their rematch. i am one of those people.
