A house?

So we put an offer on another house. The house is listed as the result of a divorce, and because of this the process is a little more drawn out. We haven't gotten the official "it's yours", but we know that we've got it. Pending inspection, of course

Yay Megan! That's exciting. Do you know how cheap that is compared to Alberta!? Red Deer's housing prices is comparable to Calgary. So you can just imagine what a house like that would go for here. Pretty much double the price. So jealous. :)
