Ryoma pulled a lollipop from his mouth with a lasciviously wet popping noise. "What are you talking about, buchou?" he asked, eyes wide and filled with faux-innocence.
Tezuka sighed, narrowed his eyes. "You shouldn't eat during practice. Don't you remember the incident with that Rikkai player and his bubblegum?"
"Che, buchou," Ryoma said flippantly, curling his tongue around the red candy. "I'm not playing right now."
Tezuka bit the inside of his cheek. Echizen is a sadist, he decided, unable to tear his eyes away as Ryoma, holding his gaze the whole time, licked and sucked on his lollipop, smirking like he knew exactly what he was doing to Tezuka.
"15 laps," Tezuka said over his shoulder, walking away. He is twelve, Tezuka reminded himself. Twelve, and eleven inches shorter than me, and-- he stopped mid-thought, startled by the sight of Ryoma in front of him.
"You've not finished your laps already, have you?"
Ryoma smiled. "Hold my lollipop for me, buchou?"
"Echizen," Tezuka said warningly, taking a step back.
"You can have some, if you want," Ryoma said, taking two steps forward, holding his lollipop out to Tezuka. "A little candy never hurt anyone."
Tezuka begs to differ, but Ryoma took another step forward, cocky grin on his face, confident that he wasn't going to lose. Tezuka opened his mouth to say something, but suddenly Ryoma was there, kissing, licking the inside of Tezuka's mouth, tasting too sweet and too young, but Tezuka could do nothing but kiss back, holding on to Ryoma's shirt to keep the smaller boy in place.
Ryoma pulled back first, smirking, and stuck the lollipop back in his mouth. "See?" he said, "I told you it tasted good."
Tezuka could feel himself getting cavities.
