I took three tests today, two of which I had rescheduled from earlier test dates to give myself time to prepare. I prepared for none of them. The sad thing is that I was able to complete my examinations with a strong showing in all three instances. anyway....the whole gay marriage thing, you know where i stand with that. but it really isn't fair that people hate us because they think we hate gays. it's really retarded, and so stereotypical. christians are good people. so how come we come off as haters????

people are stupid, but i love you. woot woot

unless im wrong you said you dont oppose unions getting equal rights...thats wrong. even if you think that its okay...which i dont but i dont feel like debating...its still a problem because if they get equal rights inevitably they will get marriage.

I'm saying that I'm not going to put myself into a position where I'm imposing my will on the choices other people make. If they're going to live with each other thats up to them, but when it comes to marriage, turning a blind eye would make me a hypocrit. So I avoid hypocracy by voting to protect the institution of marriage which effects me a spiritual level since marriage is a part of my faith, but since civil unions don't effect me, I won't impose my will. You have to understand that people are going to sin, and trying to control what they do makes you a hypocrit because you are also a sinner. However, marriage effects me because I believe it to be a religeous institution, so I fight for it ( ... )

oh and i see what you put. just aswered now. in the bible it says government must uphold gods law or else there is no purpose in it. its obvious that homosexuality is an abomination to god (as seen in corinithians as well as many other places) so its VERY important that we dont allow gays to marry or recognize them anyway as couples. plus, they WILL slowly get closer and closer to marriage.
