Saw an apartment today, it was a real apartment and not in a house like all my previous residencies have been. It's $975/mo which is steep but likely worth it. Let's assume a normal price for an apt. I need is $800-850 a month, that's only a hundred and a bit extra a month, I can rationalize it that way. It's quiet, spacious, and not really out
