pintuck and i will be doing an eu tour this july. arrive in london july 15, leave july 31. will be at apachecon europe july 20-22. other than that, its all up in the air.

suggestions for decently priced hotels in london are a plus, and we'll be visiting donlowman at some point as well as italy.

WOO!!

I set up almost all of my hotel reservations online in advance. That was a major plus. So nice to not have to deal with any of that after you get there. I'm sure you know all the best sites to shop for bargains. Unfortunately, there are few bargains on our dollar in the UK these days. It's expensive as hell even with good rates.

I did most of my searches through expedia.co.uk. When I went last Fall I found a marked discount in purchasing through the UK expedia vs. the US one. I did, however, check both first before buying and always checked the rates directly from the hotel itself too.

At the time I ran things through a ton of different search engines, but none of them consistently beat expedia, so finally I quite bothering to check the others.

my nyc has been moved back from memorial day w/e to june 6 - june 11...we'll have to get together sometime while i'm there.
