the netflix settlement sucks.

i'm a happy netflix customer, have been for awhile. the supposed "throttling" of people's rental queues has never been an issue to me. i rent weird shit and not frequently enough. when i got the email about the settlement yesterday, i realized that it was a crock of shit.

poeople like this guy are what is wrong with the world today (especially the US). If it takes longer to get a rental, it is probably the mail. I use blockbuster but only because they offer 2 free rentals a month in the store.
