So, just curious, how many times have I given similar thoughts to you? The thing is, you need to have both. One is complimentary to the other. You have to both tell and market.

What can I say? I finally banged my head against the wall enough for it to make sense. I know I tend to vacillate a lot, thinking that one is more important than the other, but in the end, everything has its time, right? Once the story's wrote, it's more important to be a marketer, but there's no sense in being a marketer unless you have something to market.

I'm glad we agree on your awesome.

If you want my honest view, I think Clare researched the market and wrote based on marketing, but that's just my impression.
