Liz, Patti, your company at the party was appreciated. I apologize for any inconvenience I may have caused.

As some of you are already aware, I have now moved with my Father to the Memoria Apartments. At last I may enjoy some peace and quiet at 2 in the morning. Perhaps. As he has previously mentioned, the door is literally always open.

Being shinigami, neither of us are at all affected by this weather.

IT IS VERY CONVENIENT! For us.

But for everyone else, it could be dangerous. Cold like this is not good for humans, you see! It is uncomfortable and their pipes may freeze.

Also frostbite and hypothermia.

BEING SHINIGAMI, IT IS OUR DUTY TO DO...SOMETHING. We must help everyone!

Your father seemed so happy about giving it to you, even naming it after something you like. If you didn't keep it, I think it would truly upset him.

The weather is certainly fickle at times.

I am hesitant to offer the animal to Jr., considering that I would be required to see it should I give it to him.
