Last night's Bones?
Loved this episode. The logistics of burying them in Brennan's car are a little wonky, but aside from that, it was wonderful.
"There aren't many of us left... One." - I guess Hodgins' little gazillionaire secret is out for good now. I wonder if that will cause any comment at work later, since that seemed to be his primary concern for keeping it under wraps to begin with.
"You were kind of rude." - The negotiator and the "journalist" are weird. I expect they'll be back in a few episodes. Hodgins was the afterthought, so this wasn't about the money. I think the Digger knew that once Bones was on the case, it would only be a matter of time before she found him.
"I will end you." - Protective-Booth is all kinds of cool. He does menacing threats very believably.
"We're buried alive." - This ep didn't skeeve me out the way CSI's version of this scenario did. Mostly because a car isn't quite so claustrophobic as a coffin and Bones and Hodgins were far more proactive than Nick was. And there were no ants.
"I love her... Now I've said it." - I was still worried about Hodgins though. Too many of the shows I watch are fond of killing off main characters. So there was still a lot of good tension.
"You should give him a chance." - Loved that Zach dared to offer relationship advice to Angela. Too adorable.
"One less reason to wear a suit." - Loved that, as usual, Booth doesn't seem to think twice about doing what he thinks is right at the expense of his job. And he's never the one to bring up "this could cost me my job". Other people point it out to him and he shrugs it off without a second's hesitation.
"You can fantasize about pulling your gun and shooting everyone on stage." - While I thought that the Cam/Booth thing was over, I may actually be beginning to see why we're supposed to believe it's plausible. I still don't like it though.
"Do you go to church every Sunday?" - I love that faith is such an integral part of who Booth is but that it usually isn't portrayed as a big deal. It's just part of him and when it comes up, it flows naturally with the storyline. I love the way he and Bones interact whenever it becomes a focal point.
"I need you to be Dr. Brennan." / "I don't know what that means." - Oh, Zach. Hee! He never means to be funny and that makes it all the funnier.
"You're going to give up because of math?" - The squints are Booth's people now and he will move heaven and earth to protect any of them. And I love how every one of them was necessary for it all to work out. Aw, teamwork.
