Very much agree, especially on numbers 2 and 5. The AM's haven't got a fucking clue and management are a bunch of lazy idiots who feel that they are adding value to the orgaisation by sitting in the office building grand strategies that aim to improve the culture of the orgaisation and improve sales through an intergrated approach to marketing. Bull shit. In my view they should leave the fluffy stuff to the directors and put some pissing stock on the shelf and serve some customers and stop some shoplifters (rather then watching people like me and the other TL's chase them round the store and get abused) on the cctv from the comfort of the office. Grrrrrrrr, and don't get me started on the gap count system.
