nepotism sucks...its so unfair!  i mean, honestly, it is completely unnecessary to favor someone over another, whether or not they are related to you!  they are still the same person regardless! 
one of my really good friends was hurt today because of nepotism...it makes me so angry! especially when someone who has been so offensive to everyone
