I just went and cut a chunk off of mine this past weekend...
I wanted to donate it but it just grows sooo slow so that wasn't happening.

aout 5 inches i think? i was thinking about donating it too but i dont know if thats enough and it was soo damaged that im not even sure they wouldve taken it, hah.

change is fun... it's gonna take some getting used to but i like it.
