You have to be a junior, and score in the top 5th percentile on your PSATS, to get what I got. Which is a little thing that you can send to colleges of your choice that says "Hey I Scored in the Top 5th Percentile on the PSATS". If Your in the top 1% you've hit the big time, you get what I got plus your a Semi Finalist in the competiton for the big scolarship thingy, they check your grade point average, and probably make you write an essay (I really don't know). If your good at that your a finalist. I'm definately not in the top 1% so Im not really worried about it. I'm not sure how familiar you are with the PSAT grading system from what I've seen you'd need something over a 210 on your PSATS to to 1%.

All my information is half baked word of mouth stuff, so here's the official site.
