personal monogram

So I decided I should design a personal monogram for myself but I would love some input on what looks alright and what is definitely just a bad idea. I want something to put on a resume that will draw the eye and show some good design without being too much. I've come up with a few different ideas but am not sure how much I like them, though the

I like the first one and the last one. The first one is funky and modern and more expressive of your personality, but the last one is more subtle and professional. Mostly I like the font in the first one.
