[IMPORTANT] Rules & FAQ
SUBMITTING RULES;;
+ Each week will have three themes which you can choose from.
+ You can only submit up to THREE icons per round.
- Each theme can only have up to two entry icons for it. (e.g. You can submit 2 icons to Theme 1 and 1 icon to Theme 2, or 1 icon for each theme, but you can't submit 3 icons to Theme 1)
+ Each icon must be no more than 100x100 and 40kbs in size.
+ The icon(s) can NOT be animated.
+ The icon(s) must feature anything from an anime, manga, or anime-style video game. (i.e. Code Geass, Tuxedo Gin, Final Fantasy)
+ The icon(s) must apply to the theme(s) given.
+ Do NOT share/show any icons anywhere until the challenge results have been posted. Anyone caught doing this will be disqualified from the round.
+ Use only original work created for this contest.
+ No fan art is allowed, only offical art can be used.
+ Submit using the following form:

VOTING;;
+ Vote fairly and constructively. Do not vote based on opinions (i.e., "I'm going to vote for this one because it has my favorite character in it." or because "I like flowers")
+ Do not vote for your friends or ask your friends to vote for you.
+ You are not allowed to vote for yourself.
+ With 5 icons, you vote only for 1st place and 2nd place. With 6-7 icons, you vote for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. With 8+ icons, you vote for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and the Special Category.
RESULTS;;
+ Results will be posted a few days after voting.
+ The winners will be decided based on the points attained from voting.
+ If you want a banner, you can request one at bgs_and_banners
