Not really... more like they allied with the wrong people (Senpol) and got dragged into their war.

Mainly because I'm more familiar with the HERO System. Actually, now that I look, I can't seem to find my GURPS basic book... I thought I had one.... I can see GURPS Magic, but that's it...
