Ummm, remember 2004's 24 hours? There was a backstage vid with Sho saying "This is my room, I'm sharing it with Nino" and when he opened the door, he found Ohno and Nino snuggling. I heard that during that time, Nino's arm wasn't so well so he used to go to the hospital everynight to check on it (don't remember what happened to it exactly). Ohno was worried about him so he went to his room and helped him with his medicines and ended up snuggling <3
