Loved the story! Normally crossovers aren't my cup of tea, but this one was handled very well!

This makes me think of that Dr. Horrible crossover where Captain Hammer shows up at MacLaren's...ah, Neil Patrick Harris and Nathan Fillion. We can't help but put you together! :P

I liked this. I've only seen that 15-minute preview of Castle (is the cop stuff really as much as an afterthought as it seemed? It was bugging me. Though I'd still watch it, just for Nathan Fillion!), but this seems pretty true to him. And it's definitely Barney! I liked their interactions. :D Nice job!

I have never seen that crossover. And now I have to. Do you have a link, by any chance? And NPH and NF together are just win.

I love Castle, and the cop stuff is definitely not just an afterthought -- I'd say it's about half procedural, half characters. And Nathan is totally worth watching, even if you hate everything else.

Here's the one I was thinking of. Really, the only thing that's similar is that Nathan Fillion hits on Robin and hits it off with Barney. :P But it's definitely fun!

Gah! What a great crossover! And I can't believe I never noticed the similarities between Castle and Barney before now! Yeesh.

Thank you so much! But, yeah, Castle and Barney are kind of the same person. But in the antagonistic form of Captain Hammer and Doctor Horrible. I highly doubt this will be their last crossover.

My two new favorite shoes, crossing over?! Perfection. Rick and Barney would probably act just as you though, hate each other because they are both way too awesome. ^_^

These shows were begging to be crossed over. How can we have Doctor Horrible and Captain Hammer be in shows at the same time and NOT have a crossover? Plus, the fact that both of their shows are excellent.

Barney and Castle are way too similar to ever really get along. But I do love writing their antagonism.

Yes they are! I also loved the Dr. Horrible reference. The bit about Harry Potter was amazing as well. It made me think about how Harry is my least favorite character in Harry Potter.
